**The Opportunity**

Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a key role in managing returned goods and supporting warehouse operations. As a Reverse Logistics Team member, you’ll help ensure efficient processing, inspection, and documentation of stock while contributing to waste reduction and recovery efforts.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working closely with various teams, you’ll help improve processes and support overall warehouse efficiency. **The Role**:

- Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods.
- Track and document returned stock accurately.
- Identify opportunities to recycle or repurpose items.
- Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.
- Follow company policies and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.
- Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery.
- Work with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Support general warehouse tasks as needed.

**About You**:

- Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics.
- Strong attention to detail for assessing and processing returned stock.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock documentation.
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Experience with furniture handling is a bonus.
- Forklift licence (current)
