Communications Coordinator

Clough has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join the Community, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Team in Perth In this role, you will effectively coordinate content for internal and external communications for Clough and its subsidiaries that support the business’ strategy and promotes key messaging using a variety of channels.

Your focus will include:
- Creating interesting and on-brand content for Clough’s social media channels- Taking/recording and editing photos, videos, and podcasts- Coordinating the distribution of content for all of Clough’s social media channels, including content for subsidiaries- Engaging with people across the business to generate new stories and create regular content for social media and other marketing campaigns to promote our brand, employee culture, attract talent, and communicate our capabilities- Drafting internal communications to inform internal stakeholders about important business updates and initiatives- From time to time you may be required to travel to project sites to capture content

What you will bring to the team:
- Energy, drive, and a willingness to learn- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy- Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timeframes- Exceptional organisational skills- Commitment to upholding Clough’s principles- Ability to analyse and interpret data using a variety of social media management dashboards such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Ads Manager and Hootsuite- Experience with the Adobe suite is desirable
