Summary

We are seeking a proactive and personable Advisor Support Coordinator to join the Frontier Travel team. This part-time role (5 days per week, 25 hours per week) provides vital operational and systems support to our network of travel advisors, helping ensure the smooth running of their day-to-day business. We have offices in North Sydney or Hobart and the successful candidate may work from either of these locations, or remotely. This role suits someone with strong travel industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to Independent Contractors and in-house advisors.
  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and system queries via the support channels.
  • Manage advisor system access and configurations (Tramada, Salesforce, Amadeus/Sabre).
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing advisor engagement.
  • Maintain process documentation and Knowledge Base materials.
  • Coordinate updates and communications to the advisor network.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with administrative and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in the travel industry (preferably as a travel advisor or in a support role).
  • Advanced skills in Tramada and working knowledge of Amadeus and/or Sabre GDS.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Google Workspace.
  • Positive, approachable, and solutions-focused attitude.
