WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
- This Account Executive position is responsible for prospecting and selling clinical documentation solutions to radiology departments, in hospitals and to radiology groups, where radiology reports are read.
- The role’s responsibilities will include client and market analysis, analysing business processes, leading prospecting and retention, through selected initiatives.
- You will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts as well as client retention across Australia and be able to successfully position value/benefits with C suite decision makers.
- You will match your deep knowledge of clients to a short
- and long-term solution roadmap with expected value and results creating a trusted high-performance partner/advisor relationship.
- You will work closely with marketing in the development of leads and prospects both from a strategic and tactical level, especially in regards to developing solutions unique to the Australian imaging market and work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Preferably a university degree from a recognised university or at minimum tertiary qualifications.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in medical technology/healthcare IT/software solution sales, ideally in radiology informatics.
- Strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- This position is intended for individuals experienced in software and consulting sales and who have demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have consistently achieved or exceeded sales forecasts over a sustained period of time.
- Proven ability to position value/benefits with C suite decision makers in hospitals and/or a clinical environment to initiate and develop successful selling strategies; ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business.
- Energetic self-starter who possesses an intense sense of urgency.
- Action oriented and results driven. A person with a strong “hands on” and disciplined work ethic.
- Track record of initiative, innovation, continual learning and personal development.
- Maintain and build respect and credibility among clients and co-workers.
- The ability to travel interstate, within Australia, primarily in NSW, VIC & QLD, 50% of the time.
