**About the Opportunity**

Join our team as the Regional Manager for Mobile Road Safety Cameras (MRSCS), leading the delivery of our service region to ensure operational efficiency, contractual compliance, and exceptional client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead, motivate, and develop teams while contributing to the safety and wellbeing of communities.

In line with the requirements of the role, you will need to be based on-site at Oakleigh for 4 days per week, and Tullamarine 1 day per week.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of minimum 40 Mobile Road Safety Camera Operators (MRSCOs) to optimise performance and meet contractual obligations
- Building and maintaining positive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
- Overseeing the delivery of Mobile Camera sessions and rural signage programs, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and client satisfaction
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to address variances and meet agreed outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, company policies, and contractual obligations
- Collaborating with the Learning & Development team to address training needs and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Managing staffing, recruitment, and adherence to organisational policies and procedures

**About you**
You are a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer service. With a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, you bring solid experience in managing geographically dispersed teams and implementing change. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build positive relationships with stakeholders, while your ability to perform well under pressure ensures effective decision-making and prioritisation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to fostering a positive work culture while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
**Your ideal skills & experience**
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- Bachelors Degree in business, management, education, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar position within a medium-sized operation
- Familiarity with workforce management and scheduling processes
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and incident management
- Ability to analyse data and implement preventative measures
- Commitment to fostering a positive work culture and employee well-being
- Experience in quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001
