**About Us**

We are seeking a motivated **Civil Engineering Draftsperson** to join our growing team and contribute to the design and documentation of civil works supporting our residential and small-scale development projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and documentation for residential developments.
- Draft and design works relating to drainage, water supply, sewerage systems, roadworks, and site levels.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret engineering data to support design requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and specifications.
- Estimate materials and costs to assist with budgeting and project planning.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers, surveyors, and local authorities to deliver practical and compliant solutions.
- Assist in site inspections, surveys, and supervision of civil engineering works when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience in civil drafting, ideally in residential or subdivision projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) or similar drafting software.
- Good understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and local council requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects concurrently.
