I am currently partnered with a Federal Government Agency in Geelong CBD who is seeking an APS4 Complaints Officer to join their evolving team on a full time basis for a 12-month temporary assignment, commencing ASAP.

**Your new role**

As the APS4 Complaints Officer, you will support the coordination of complaints received by the Agency, including resolving at point of entry, assessing, recording and referring as required. Further responsibilities include:

- Contacting relevant stakeholders to confirm receipt of referred complaints and gather information.
- Escalating complaints in accordance with established Agency complaint handling processes.
- Contributing to record keeping activities to ensure team records are accurate and current.
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions to the branch as needed.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed as the APS4 Complaints Officer, you will need:

- IT proficiency; MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
- An ability to escalate matters as required
- Sound decision-making skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Australian citizenship
