**APS4 Compensation Officer**
- Hourly rate - $42.54 + super
- Located in Geelong
- 12 month contract with potential extension
- Full-time Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5pm

**About the Role**

The
**APS4 Compensation Officer** will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

The
**APS4 Compensation Officer** will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Seeking information on compensation available to or received by the Agency's participants.
- Organising, analysing and validating information relating to compensation matters.
- Collating information to support the calculation of compensation reduction amounts in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases detailing the progress of work and providing weekly reports.
- Contributing to the design of compensation processes to support continuous improvement.
- Contributing to achieving operational targets.

**About you**:

- You will have excellent organisation and time management skills
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You can build productive and working relationships with key stakeholders
