**Opportunity**
12 month + contract with options to extend based in Geelong. Multiple positions are available to join a newly created team tasked with minimizing financial risk as a result of duplicate compensation payments.
**The Role**
APS4 level equivalent positions. You will be supporting Planners and the Compensation Recovery Team to analyze Participants due to receive compensation as a result of injury or accident and create reduction amounts required in accordance with Plan policy.
- Seek out information on Participants eligible for external compensation
- Liaise with TAC, WorkSafe, Legal Entities, Trustees, Courts, Insurers and Statutory bodies to understand compensation due
- Validate data and compensation information
- Collate information required to calculate the compensation reduction amounts
- Contribute to process improvement in the context of a new team
- Administration, data entry and reporting
This is a high volume administration and business support role which will require the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Professional communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders is paramount.
A background in compensation claims, insurance claims or legal claims HIGHLY regarded.
