**About AutodenAI**:
AutogenAI is a software business that deploys cutting edge natural language processing solutions to enable businesses to write compelling content for bids and proposals. Through Language Engines and Strategic Transformation Programmes, AutogenAI is revolutionising the production and analysis of content and helping its clients to grow faster and more efficiently.
Following the success of the UK business, AutogenAI is commencing operations in Australia, with the aim of bringing this tried and tested technology to Australian businesses. With a new but small team currently in place, it is envisaged that the business will grow to employ 50 people within Australia over the next 18 months.
**About the role**:
Working closely with the CEO, the wider executive team, and colleagues in the UK, the Business Operations Manager will also provide professional, high quality, accurate and timely assistance to the executive. They will play a crucial role in establishing and managing daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, overseeing strategic business initiatives, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the business as it grows and matures.
The salary offered is competitive and commensurate with experience, and will include access to a bonus / incentive scheme. As a new business with an enviable track record as the fastest growing generative AI business in the UK, there will be plenty of opportunity for career progression, with the role expected to evolve into that of a Chief People / Chief Operations Officer as the business grows.
**To be successful you should have**:
- Proven success in a business management role, supporting and reporting to the CEO and executive team
- Experience providing administrative support and managing the schedules of executives including coordinating meetings, file management, researching leads, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and arranging company travel
- Familiarity with bid teams, tender processes, and government procurement processes, such as assisting in the preparation and coordination of tender submissions (desirable)
- Experience in establishing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- The ability to facilitate seamless communication between the executive, UK head office and other stakeholders, lead strategic initiatives / special projects, and manage daily operations effectively and efficiently on a national scale
- Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving operational issues with a focus on developing creative solutions and continuous improvement
- Financial literacy and experience with the management of accounts payable and receivable
- Experience managing operational data and pipelines, and using a CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
- High level of commercial awareness, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain calm and composed whilst working under pressure
- A willingness to occasionally work non-standard business hours to accommodate different time zones, and travel as required
