**The Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and engaging Project Coordinator to join our National Support Office located in Marleston.
Reporting to the Head of IT, this is a critical role in supporting execution of strategic initiatives ensuring that resources, timelines, and budgets for our projects are managed effectively.
This position is also responsible for coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
With a key focus on supporting the project portfolio pipeline and transitioning projects and initiatives to business as usual, this role will include (but will not be limited to):
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of project initiatives that drive Beaumont strategic objectives.
- Working closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Providing guidance and overseeing multiple project teams ensuring goals and timelines are met and are within budget.
- Leading scoping and detailed planning of projects, as well as analyse, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce regular reports for key stakeholders.
- Working with other stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.

We are looking for a positive motivated person who can quickly learn and develop an understanding of our business. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and collaboratively across various teams and with stakeholders.
Some intrastate/interstate travel may be required.
To be successful in this position you will possess:
- Understanding of Project Management Methodology (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile or similar)
- Demonstrable experience in ICT project planning and delivery, ideally across a large, geographically disbursed organisation involving multiple stakeholders and vendor partners
- Great organisation and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Understanding change management practice
- Experience with technology projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and drive delivery within an environment that may have conflicting priorities for stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines
