About the opportunity
Reporting to the HR Projects Manager and working collaboratively with the wider People, Learning and Culture team, this position will provide quality HR services and solutions. The position will support and advise the frontline Healthy Ageing Managers on various Human Resources functions including award interpretation, recruitment, workforce planning, change management, performance management, grievance management, reporting and ad-hoc projects. Some local and interstate travel may be required as part of this position.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Relevant experience working in a HR environment and/or administration experience.- Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks.- A customer-focused and problem solving approach to work.- A pro-active attitude and a desire to learn.- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
