**About the role**:
We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and driven Project Coordinator to join CBM Australia.

Reporting to the Head of PI Operations, you will be responsible for supporting, tracking, and coordinating key projects within the Program Impact (PI) team.

The successful applicant will:

- Serve as the project coordinator for a diverse portfolio of projects led by technical specialists.
- Track project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide support to Project Managers for major contracts and other key stakeholders in both CBMA and CBMG.
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and other contractual obligations are met for all projects.
- Provide logístical support to the project team, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular audits and updates of project management systems, including Jira and Tempo, to ensure correct usage and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
- Maintain the work pipeline with up-to-date information on project statuses and resource allocations.

**About you**:
We are currently seeking someone who is adaptable, driven, able to bring new ideas to support the achievement of our objectives and is keen to work with an amazing team to do essential work EVERY day

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably in a technical or development context.
- Experience working with international development projects or government contracts is highly desirable.
- Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies is an asset.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with experience in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. Knowledge of project management software such as Jira and Tempo would be highly regarded.
- Project Management certification is preferred. Additional certifications in Agile methodologies or specific project management tools/software are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the mission of CBM Australia and alignment/comfort with being part of a faith-based organisation.
