**Location**: Hybrid - Office (Sydney) & remote

**Hours**: Negotiable - part-time and full-time hours considered

**Job Snapshot**:
As HR & Finance Administrator you’ll enjoy a variety of responsibilities within the HR and Finance realm. You’ll be a people person who enjoys interacting with a diverse range of individuals and someone who enjoys doing things differently (we love new ideas).

You’ll lead by example and be a cultural champion. You’ll be an approachable team member and act with integrity and confidentiality at all times.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Support APAC Director and Head Office (UK) in projects that champion improved processes
- Act as first point of contact for any HR and finance related administration duties or queries for the ANZ office
- Collect and enter data for various financial reports as and when required
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices
- Assist with monthly account reconciliation
- Collect and prepare information for employee payroll payments
- Support administrative tasks in the pre and post hiring process, taking a proactive approach to being compliant with new starters
- Maintain employee personal files and conduct regular audits
- Support the effective administration of staff sickness, absence and other key data
- Uphold high standards of privacy and confidentiality when managing employee data
- Assist with other adhoc administrative tasks such as organising social functions, work conferences and procuring office equipment
- Align actions with company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met
