**About the Role**

We are looking for a Data Transformation Analyst with a particular interest in data transformation, who will use their passion and skills for data and analysis to empower and enable teams and leaders across MYOB to be truly customer and data-led.

You will influence, champion and lead stakeholders on how teams can build value from data to meet commercial objectives and key results.

Please note that this is a 12mth fixed-term contract with potential to extend

**What will keep you busy...**:

- Work with the Analytics & Insights team to tackle and support data and analytics requests
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics as requested by team members
- Support Strategic Analytics projects related to customer retention and feature adoption
- Develop and maintain key data artefacts including dashboards, data products and data pipelines
- Ensure data integrity is maintained and appropriate testing, quality checks and validations are done
- Support a continuous focus on driving the data & analytics culture

**What we'd love to see from you...**:

- Experience in delivering analytics through data pipelines, exploration, interpretation and presentation
- Knowledge of data transformation and extraction pipeline tools eg Snowflake, Python and Data Build Tool
- Experience using SQL to answer sophisticated commercial questions
- Some experience using visualisation tools such as PowerBi
- Experience working collaboratively with digital teams and solid understanding of SaaS is highly desired
- Experience with data lifecycle/ governance standard methodologies and a continuous improvement approach
- An understanding of commercial language and concepts associated with a SaaS business
- An awareness of machine learning process and familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, Lean and Agile concepts
