We are looking for a capable organisational change management professional or business analyst with change exposure to uplift and maintain the maturity of the Bureau's enterprise transformation capability. Working in the Enterprise Transformation team to drive actions to improve the Bureau's capability for transformation, this role will support the realisation of the Bureau's ambitious transformation agenda and improve the staff experience of change.
This role will work under the direction of the Enterprise Transformation Capability Lead to provide reporting and analysis of the Bureau's enterprise transformation outcomes, and drive actions to uplift enterprise transformation maturity and address enterprise transformation risks.
This role will work to improve and maintain the Bureau's enterprise transformation framework, tools, templates, and reports. This will include work to establish and embed an end-to-end transformation governance approach that engages with new projects at initiation, assures transformation outcomes are met through delivery, and that lessons are captured following realisation of benefits.
Experience working in government and familiarity with delivering projects with a customer/community impact is preferred.
