**Building Manager** required for busy Facility Management company.

- **Inside Outside Facility Services **_is one of Australia's fastest growing companies in the Facilities Services sector.

We now require the services of an experienced **Building Manager **to service premium properties in the shire.

**Position Description**
- Manage property operations effectively in accordance with operational requirements
- Manage, maintain & operate building management systems & equipment in an effective manner to ensure effective functionality
- Provide exceptional & timely customer service & communication to internal & external stakeholders (tenants, owners, contractors, managers etc.)
- Complete & present monthly/annual reporting
- Manage contractors & service schedules so as to ensure timely repairs & mínimal loss of plant functions
- Provide emergency after hours assistance
- Manage a portfolio of buildings

**Experience**
- Preferred experience in a similar role
- Experience in problem solving / continuous improvement methods
- Knowledge in day to day building service operations
- Budget planning and tender process negotiation skills
- Medium to advanced computer skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Strata schemes
- Trade qualification preferred (fire, electrical or hydraulic advantageous)
- Must hold valid drivers' license
- Competitive salary base, vehicle or vehicle allowance (based on experience)
- View to immediate start

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
