As they embark on an exciting period of growth, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to lead the team.
- Management of a small Allied Health team.
- Provide service coordination and on-boarding of new clients.
- Outline clinical mentoring and supervision requirements.
- Provide and source professional development resources.
- Implement strategies for therapy and business growth.

**What We Need From You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA registration - no limitations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of disabilities & paediatrics.
- Previous experience mentoring/supervising clinicians.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Understanding of best practice when working with children & families.
- A passionate for bettering the lives of children & their families.
