**Responsibilities**:
As the Wine Event and Buying Manager, you will be instrumental in driving overall business performance and client engagement, with a focus on wine events and purchasing.
Your responsibilities include:
**1. Managing Wine Events**
- Planning and executing wine events to engage customers and promote our product range.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Managing the theme creation and working closely with suppliers to make the events successful
**2. Buying Management**
- Overseeing the procurement and purchasing processes for wine and spirits categories.
- Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise product assortment and availability.
**3. Driving Sustainable Growth**
- Developing strategies to drive sustainable growth in wine sales and event participation.
- Analysing market trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions.
**4. Leading the Buying Team**
- Providing leadership and direction to the buying team to achieve business objectives.
- Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the buying department.
