**BAT AUSTRALIAIS LOOKING FOR Category Deployment Executive**
**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Management Level

**SALARY RANGE**:Starting from AUD 100,000 + Superannuation + Excellent Benefits + Market Leading Bonus
**LOCATION**:Sydney, Australia
**ROLE TYPE**:Permanent
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
Contribute to the deployment of BAT’s combustible portfolio plans (FMC) in Australia to support the overall corporate priority on Combustible Value Growth. Ensure understanding of portfolio strategy and plans based on consumer needs.
**Key Accountabilities**
1. Assist in the implementation of brands plans for Australia to generate value within targeted segments and growth spaces. Provide input in the development of corresponding activation plans
2. Track and evaluate performance against respective brand and activation KPIs. Conduct analysis to determine challenges and opportunities for BAT’s combustible portfolio. Formulate recommendations to address issues and unlock value growth
3. Contribute to the development of local codes and guidelines aimed at delivering memorable campaigns, experiential events, and customer participation strategies to enable the strengthening of targeted equity attributes for the achievement of brand specific performance objectives
4. Conduct activation activities including the development of the brand campaign calendar, customer propositions for brands, and formulation of activation KPIs
5. Assist in the preparation of business cases and provide input for ongoing research requirements. Gather insights to determine possibilities for the BAT portfolio including the development of product solutions which exceed consumer expectations & needs
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 2 years in a portfolio management or activation role in a similar FMCG industry.
- Ability to influence and create buy-in from stakeholders.
- Planning and organising skills which involves establishing and prioritising tasks and objectives in to manage time and resources appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to deliver impactful presentations to all stakeholders.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
