Love a good party... but love running the whole show even more?

If you're the type who can charm a client, lock in the booking, and then make sure the champagne is flowing at exactly the right moment then we need to talk. We're on the hunt for an Event Executive who can take events from first enquiry all the way through to the final cheers.

This role is based at the Woolly Bay Hotel in Woolloomooloo an iconic harbourside venue with unbeatable views with immediate start available.

What you'll be doing (aka your day-to-day magic)
• Turning "just enquiring" into "just booked" and keeping clients excited all the way through.

• Owning the full event journey: sales, planning, coordination, and on-the-day support.

• Being the trusted guide for client's weddings, corporates, birthdays, you name it.

• Teaming up with our venue legends to deliver seamless, memorable events.

• Managing budgets, sales targets, and reports.

What we're looking for (aka your superpowers)

• Event sales and/or event coordination experience, ideally in hospitality/venues.

• A knack for juggling clients, suppliers, timelines, and a canapé count without breaking a sweat.

• Strong people skills that win over everyone from brides to corporate CEOs.

• Organisation so sharp it makes running back-to-back events look easy.

• Bonus points if you've handled weddings or large-scale events before.
