**About Us**:
Therapy Point is a joint Speech and OT clinic that works closely with families, educators, support workers and other health professionals to deliver the best practice to our clients. We recognise the importance of an integrative approach, making sure the client's needs are being met at home, at school and in the community.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Completed Bachelors or Masters of Speech Pathology degree.
- Experience working with the 2-18-year age range will be preferred.
- Working with Children Check and National Police check.
- Driver's license and access to a car (for school and home visits).
- **Speech Language Pathologist**: Must be a member of Speech Pathology Australia and commitment to Speech Pathology Australia’s Code of Ethics

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Working in the clinic as well as conducting home and school visits.
- Managing small caseloads and supervise speech pathology assistants, graduate speech pathologists and junior speech pathologists by managing speech pathology department.
- Conducting assessments, providing intervention, writing reports, and parent training.
- Liaison with parents, teachers, other Allied Health professionals to ensure an informed service delivery.
- Adherence to evidence-based practice within planning and delivery of intervention and assessments.

- **Speech Pathology Department Manager: $125,000 - $140,000 + Super**:

- **Signing bonus: $5000**:

- Continuous Professional Development will be provided by the company ($2000 per year).
- $2000 additional holiday pay and performance bonus provided.
