We're Hiring – Subcontractor Speech Pathologist (Adelaide Hills)

Start Term 1, 2026

Voices in Bloom is a growing paediatric speech pathology practice based in the Adelaide Hills. We support children aged 2–10 with speech, language, and literacy development in homes, schools, and childcare settings. We are proud to be a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and play-based service.

We're seeking a warm, creative, and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team on a subcontractor basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, builds strong relationships with clients and families, and shares our values of respect, collaboration, and inclusion.

What the role involves:

  • Subcontractor position - starting a few days a week (with capacity to grow).
  • Work with around 4 clients per day, plus travel time.
  • Mobile service model with access to a fully equipped office in Bridgewater.
  • No need to handle client intake or invoicing - we take care of that.
  • Access to report templates and support with initial caseload setup.
  • Manage your own diary and enjoy genuine flexibility in your work.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of paediatric speech pathology experience.
  • Is confident working independently and managing their own schedule.
  • Is aligned with neurodiversity-affirming, child-led practice.
  • Is passionate about creating strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and educators.

What you'll need:

  • Certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Your own car, laptop, phone, and professional insurances.
