**How will I help?**

As a Governance Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the division. You will play a critical role in driving value realisation, managing risks, and maintaining compliance with Group Transformation policies and standards.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- **Portfolio management**:Overseeing and optimising the portfolio of transformation projects to deliver maximum business value.
- **Risk management**:Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with change execution.
- **Governance and compliance**:Ensuring adherence to Group Transformation policies and standards.
- **Stakeholder management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- **Reporting and analysis**:Providing regular updates on portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.

**What do I need?**

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a strong track record in portfolio management and change delivery.

**Essential qualifications and experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in complex stakeholder management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change delivery within a business environment

**Desirable qualifications and experience**:

- Experience in managing diverse and complex stakeholder groups
- Experience in influencing and managing senior stakeholders

**Key capabilities**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and results-oriented approachA strong understanding of the financial services industry (preferred)
