We are looking for ICT Support Officer to join a project. You will be part of a large support team who will be providing IT support to a large user base organization.

**Requirements**:

- Administration of Data Action’s JIRA hosted SaaS environments.
- Monitor system health and managing platform upgrades, development, QA, and production environments.
- Understanding and awareness of system dependencies, relationships, and integration points to ensure proper solution integration with other systems when applicable.
- Organise and manage development efforts, including design, testing, migrations, etc.; interfacing with vendors, users, and management as necessary.
- Tool capability/functionality extension using JavaScript and other techniques as needed to tailor JIRA to meet Data Action’s requirements.
- Assist in gathering and/or reviewing process requirements and assisting on how they map to JIRA, driving platform expansion and adoption.
- Problem and defect investigation, resolution interacting with the JIRA vendor and related support.
- Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customisation, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.
