**About the role**

We are transforming, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that

Based in our Transformation Office join our Delivery Enablement team who are responsible for enabling and maturing our Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF), approach and tooling for Portfolio Management, Governance, Delivery management and BAU operations (e.g., JIRA, Power BI), developing metrics and reporting suite to enable real time data and insights, and capacity planning.

In this role you’ll get to bring real change and enhance how we do things by supporting our ways of working across the bank. You’ll get broad exposure across the bank whilst developing a breadth of skills.

In this role you’ll get to:

- Provide coaching, training and utilising lead/cycle time, velocity measures and delivery metrics.
- Rollout change to stakeholders at all levels (C-Suite to Developer).
- Work collaboratively with a broad range of Practices, Services and Teams to ensure a delivery consistent approach.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

- To be skilled in supporting delivery tools such Jira and Confluence in a complex enterprise environment.
- An ability to code with Java to support and develop the delivery tools when required. (If you have an IT background or experience working with big data sets it will be looked upon favourable.)
- To have a firm grasp of Agile practices such as Lean and Process Improvement methodologies.
- Expertise and working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, delivery, project management and problem-solving skills.
