We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Events Coordinator to join our Alexandria cooking school and retail store.

**Description**:
Reporting to the National Category Manager, you will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating and delivering our cooking school’s signature events.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
Provide exceptional customer service where the customer will have memorable and meaningful experience at our events
Coordinate activities related to the events calendar
Maintain project plans for all events
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure needs are met
Assist with managing digital marketing and reporting
Oversee and manage the Seasonal Hamper program in November and December
Manage a small seasonal team and ensure all hamper orders received online are packed and shipped to customers

**Skills and Experiences**:

Prior experience in food retail will be viewed favourably
Experience in customer service-oriented role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Strong work ethic with weekend availability
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers - excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
