**Ventia** are currently looking to engage a **Regional Administrator** to support with the day-to-day operations as well as providing administration support at our Canning Vale Office.

The role will be responsible for providing project-based assistance and support on the exciting **Square Kilometre Array Observatory - SKAO **project as well as assisting the telecommunications based (ICT) infrastructure teams.

Free parking is available. This is a permanent full-time position based in Perth, with the option of working from the Canning vale office as well as the added flexibility to work from home on pre-agreed days.

**Key accountabilities** will include but are not limited to:

- Raising purchase orders and processing credit card expenses and costs into SAP
- Client support with onboarding and mobilisation support and compliance
- Coordinating the transfer of documentation via various systems such as sharePoint, ERMS and Aconex
- Coordinate travel requests and flight details and expense reimbursements
- Maintaining Visres and project specific compliance databases for internal and subcontractors
- Assisting with onboarding and internal training and IT support
- General ad-hoc administration duties

**About you**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Administrative / Coordinator role
- Previous experience and knowledge of SAP is essential
- High efficiency using SharePoint and MS office suite
- Excellent personal drive and motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written and verbal
- Demonstrated attention to detail
