**The Role**

**The day to day**
Being an extension of Client Services, you will provide high quality service to new and existing clients with the aim of facilitating digital integration between client and ALS. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Primary point of contact for data queries.
- Liaising with Client Service and Sample Receipt teams nationally to assist with the ‘digital chains’ (eCOC, eQUOTE, EDD).
- Working with clients to document requirements for new EDD’s.
- Manage EDD mappings within GEL.
- Monitor dedicated data management mailboxes, correcting erroneous data loads as necessary.
- Client visits and relationship building with clients and software vendors, focussing on digital integration.
- Promote ALS digital capability (internally and externally) and establish and facilitate training as required.

This role will significantly expand your CV developing and leveraging a broad and varied skill set, including project and people management, training, client services and interaction with software vendors.
