As part of their Analyst team you will be responsible for:

- Monthly management reporting and analysis
- Metrics such as NOI, occupancy rates, deals etc
- Market research and analysis
- Partnering with operational teams to maximise returns
- Financial modelling such as pricing, deals etc
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Decision support and business insights

You will be CA/CPA qualified and ideally a Property or Fund Accountant looking to move into an analytical role, or an Analyst seeking the next step in their career. You will have strong commercial acumen, excellent business partnering abilities, an adaptable approach and an innovative mindset.
