As part of their finance team and supporting a Property Analyst you will be responsible for assisting with:

- Leasing deal analysis, cashflow forecasting, calculation of returns, scenario analysis etc
- Business partnering with asset and fund managers to provide ad-hoc financial insights
- Portfolio budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of property related statistics
- Preparation of internal valuations
- Strategic planning
- Analytical support to property and asset managers

You will have a relevant degree (Accounting, Economics, Commerce etc) and ideally previous 2+ years relevant experience either within a business services/audit role, or have gained some analytical skills and commercial acumen in a commercial environment. You will be able to engage well with people, enjoy delivering quality results, have an outgoing nature, and the ability to deal with complex problems in a change-orientated environment.
