Through our multiple art enrichment learning programmes and our highly inspired learning-friendly environment, globalart learners will improve and reinforce their learning, thinking, expression and artistic abilities, making them more resourceful, and creative and optimising their potential and competitive advantage in today’s competitive world. **Location - Head Office**: Macquarie Park **Work part-time**: (3 days to start) **Roles and Duties**: - Building positive relationships with customers and centres at various touch points in their journey - Providing Arts and company brands knowledge and solutions to customers/ centres - Managing customer/ centre expectations and providing "no" answers when necessary - Ensuring customer/ centre satisfaction and providing a "wow" experience throughout the customer journey - Collaborating with other experts in the business to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and centres - Demonstrating loyalty to and protecting company brands **Qualifications and Skills**: - Proactive with a strong sense of initiative - Strong Arts knowledge and interest - Ability to communicate complex solutions to customers and consumers - Customer satisfaction mentality with a passion for helping customers - Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Requirements**: - Permitted to work in Australia - Already residing in Australia **Benefits** - Training, mentoring and support from senior staff - Professional development support It would be great if you had: - Bilingual language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are strongly preferred If this sounds like a position for you, please submit your resume to us. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 20 per week **Salary**: From $30,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Shift work Ability to commute/relocate: - MACQUARIE PARK, NSW 2113: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
