**Location - Head Office**: Macquarie Park

**Work part-time**: (3 days to start)

**Roles and Duties**:

- Building positive relationships with customers and centres at various touch points in their journey
- Providing Arts and company brands knowledge and solutions to customers/ centres
- Managing customer/ centre expectations and providing "no" answers when necessary
- Ensuring customer/ centre satisfaction and providing a "wow" experience throughout the customer journey
- Collaborating with other experts in the business to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and centres
- Demonstrating loyalty to and protecting company brands

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong Arts knowledge and interest
- Ability to communicate complex solutions to customers and consumers
- Customer satisfaction mentality with a passion for helping customers
- Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Permitted to work in Australia
- Already residing in Australia
