**About the Role**
We are offering an ongoing opportunity for a Diary Secretary at Government House Sydney, within the Corporate Services of the Premier's Department.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the official Vice Regal diary of engagements for the Governor of New South Wales and their spouse through direct liaison with a broad range of senior officeholders and administrative personnel across Government, corporate and community sectors as well as technical system providers.
Working under the direction of the Manager Secretariat, the Diary Secretary will support the Secretariat Team during peak periods, ensuring the Governor receives seamless and high-quality service.
As a skilled professional, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support, managing electronic diaries and correspondence systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Government House Sydney**
Government House Sydney, the residence and the seat of administration of the Governor of New South Wales - the oldest statutory office in Australia - is staffed by employees of the NSW Premier’s Department. The team at Government House Sydney supports the Governor in the conduct of their constitutional, ceremonial and community duties.
Collectively, the five functional areas (Protocol, Household, Estate Management, Communications and Secretariat) ensure that every aspect of the Vice Regal program of official engagements and the Vice Regal couple’s engagement with the community are appropriately coordinated, managed and planned; that the official residence is suitably maintained; that the administrative arm of the organisation operates in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines; and that the heritage buildings, contents and grounds are managed and presented to the highest standard.

**We're Looking For**
