**Your new role**

You will need to schedule the technicians to go on site, some of the duties include:

- Look after the coordination of the technicians.
- Daily monitoring and updating of all maintenance requests and following up with staff and customers
- Raise and manage jobs in our software management system
- Attending meetings with customers to discuss ongoing maintenance cases

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience as a scheduler
- Good communications, problem-solving and customer service skills essential
- Experience handling difficult and complex situations
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Microsoft Office package
