We are looking for a dynamic Digital Connections Strategist to join our innovative in-house agency, 1house to lead the charge in enhancing our brand’s visibility and engagement across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll play a vital role in creating meaningful connections with our audience by driving impactful strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. Your expertise will contribute to a consumer-centric approach that aligns our brand's objectives with cutting-edge digital and media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute consumer connection strategies that amplify brand awareness, engagement, and drive commercial results across all digital channels.
- Lead a team of integrated marketing specialists to create cohesive and impactful campaigns that address consumer needs and leverage data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Data & Technology teams to optimise audience targeting and personalisation strategies, enhancing CRM and digital product ecosystems.
- Partner with external creative and media agencies to drive a unified approach across customer journeys, media ecosystems, and digital programs.
- Provide strategic input into measurement frameworks and KPIs, maximising ROI and driving digital marketing performance through test-and-learn initiatives.
- Stay at the forefront of digital and media trends, offering thought leadership and championing innovative solutions that enhance the consumer journey.
**About You**
- 8+ years of experience in media strategy with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes and performance.
- Deep expertise in campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned media, with strong knowledge of MarTech platforms and audience segmentation techniques.
- Proven skills in data analytics, consumer strategy, and the use of tools such as Salesforce, CDP, and Google Business Manager.
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to adapt to change, manage multiple projects, and foster relationships with both internal and external partners.
- A creative problem-solver with a consumer-centric mindset and a commitment to innovation.
