Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare and process electronic payments, including EFTs and checks.

Reconcile vendor statements and handle inquiries from vendors promptly.

Assist with month-end closing by ensuring all accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable activities.

Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar finance role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in the travel or corporate services industry is an advantage but not required.
