Wildflour is expanding, and is looking for a site-supervisor/cafe manager for one of our satellite stores.

No kitchen, primarily serving bread, pies, pastries and coffee. Focus is takeaway, with limited seating inside.

Focus is customer service. Efficiency, friendliness and professional are the main qualities we are looking for.

We expect the store to perform modestly and moderately in the intial stages. We anticipate a weekday roster of 3-4 staff, and weekend roster of 4 minimum. The store is small, and 4 staff is probably the most we could fit effectively. The store will be open 7 days, with no closing periods - with the exception being Christmas day, and other such PHs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
