**About the Role**:

You will add value to the business with your passion for working with data, and ability to problem solve, a technical background will be beneficial to assess the current landscape along with experience in requirement gathering to help drive the best possible outcomes for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Data Analytics Consolidation project, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their current reporting needs, pain points, and desired outcomes
- Analyse workshop results and evaluate platforms to develop a comprehensive plan for data analytics consolidation
- Present findings and plans to stakeholders, seeking endorsement and buy-in
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on project management and leadership
- Proven track record of delivering complex data analytics projects, with a strong understanding of data governance and data quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and develop insights
- Experience with data analytics platforms, including Teradata, Snowflake, and Redshift
- A strong consulting background would be useful
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of data analytics professionals
