As the Manager Operations Performance & Analytics you’ll be responsible for championing and driving operational performance standards across all QantasLink fleets. Driving and ensuring governance frameworks within Operational Performance whilst seeking forward-looking business opportunities across various stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and reporting processes allowing you to conduct detailed analysis on trends impacting operational performance. The role is required to present accurate feedback and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders within the organisation on risks and mitigations to protect delivery and design of the schedule.

You’ll have
- An understanding and experience in the airline business, including operations and commercial priorities.
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with large volumes of operational data and the ability to accurately interpret this data, extrapolate trends and develop strategies to maximise network on-time performance.
- Advanced influencing and negotiation skills, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to successfully manage stakeholder relationships with peers and business partners.
- Highly motivated and a demonstrated team player with ability in coaching, mentoring and motivating members of the team.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a cross-functional management team.
- Experience in program and project management.
- Results orientated and ability to drive improvements in OTP, Customer Satisfaction and NPS.
- High degree of computer literacy with experience in IT/systems strategy development and implementation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management or related discipline is desirable however not required.
