A National studio are now looking to add a Principal to their Melbourne Studio. Across their studios, they have a strong reputation and a successful business, competing across multi-disciplinary areas.

**The role**

You will oversee the delivery of projects from inception to completion. Working within a leadership capacity, you will also possess excellent communication and coordination skills in order to manage an established team of Architects and contribute to their development and growth.

Other duties may also include managing and maintaining existing client relationships, leveraging project opportunities through reputation and then also opening up new business as well.

**The following are required**:

- A minimum of 10 years’ post-graduate experience in Architecture
- Proven client relationship skills and ability and drive to develop business
- Ability to bring new business and create opportunities
- With a focus across different project typologies
- Revit experience essential
- Driven and motivated personality with the ability to foster strong relationships
- VIC Registration would be highly regarded
- Connections and knowledge of the Melbourne Market; this role is best suited to a go-getter with a strong knowledge of the local market
