The Role
Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk-Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products, including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.
This role focuses on implementing new products on-site and involves collaboration with R&D Product Development on long-term activities within the product category. It also includes managing product and process development projects at the site.
Responsibilities- Manage projects and timelines to implement cross-functional initiatives related to New Product Development and Current Product Development- Enhance product packaging and design, and set up SAP master data for new products.- Provide support for the batching and processing systems, including the setup of Manufacturing Execution Systems- Drive the successful completion of factory trials, project works, and new technologies by managing the change control process- Coordinate activities and communications with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance (QA), Procurement, external suppliers, and other key stakeholders to identify and monitor project priorities
About you- Experience in technical, product development, process improvement, and quality roles within the FMCG sector- Strong abilities in change management and project management- Effective communication skills, capable of engaging multiple stakeholders- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and make decisions independently- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
