**The Company**
New Technology Products Pty Ltd, base at Wetherill Park, NSW have a vacancy for a full-time Production Manager (manufacturing). Company manufacture Chemical products.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- At least Bachelor or higher degree with major in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Has basic knowledge in manufacturing and planning
- At least three years’ experience in similar position within manufacturing industry desirable
- You must have proper working rights in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production process for all production lines
- Responsible for making production policies and plans
- Ensure machines are fully operational and compliant with all Work Health & Safety requirements
- Review and recommend any changes to the production process and machinery upgrades to have better quality and output
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure sufficient raw materials on-site are on correct times and quality cost analysis of production to ensure maximization of profits
- Responsible for production output and it’s cost to minimize the cost without quality compromise
- Responsible for procurement and installation of new machineries
- Liaise with clients regarding product specifications and negotiate any changes
- Research new products and ingredients
- Ensure raw materials, chemicals are stored and handle within safety specifications and in line with all work, health, and safety protocols
- Ensure ingredients and labeling are correct and appropriate for all old and new products
- Ensure records and legal reporting guidelines are followed
- Liaise with other managers (general manager, floor manager and quality control manager) to improve manufacturing efficiencies to improve profits margins
- Review customer satisfaction
- Staff rosters
- Arrange for any up skilling or cross training for staff on the different production line
- Staff performance reviews and staff selection

**Other Skills & Required Attributes**:

- Has manufacturing knowledge in wetting agents and slow-release fertilizers
- Has management experience to lead and coach a team
- Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal with customers
- Understand health and safety procedures and systems
- Excellent time management ability

**Salary**: $97,000 including super

**Salary**: $87,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
