**Short description**

Management Contract to operate the Port Rickaby Caravan Park in accordance with the parameters set by Council in the Management Agreement

**Applicant requirements**

The Management is engaged as independent Management (Contractors to Council) and should have, or be willing to obtain, an ABN.

**Salary**

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Council will pay the Management a fixed Fee monthly during the Term of the Contract.
The yearly fee payment is $54,500 per year (excluding GST).

Commencing Monday 22nd September - Expiry 30th November 2027
