We are looking for a motivated, eager, and hard-working individual to join our BIG4 Breeze Holiday Park - Port Elliot.

Industry experience is ideal but not a pre-requisite as we are more than willing to provide training to develop the required skills needed from a an individual with the right attitude.

The job is a great opportunity and possible stepping stone to further promotions within the company, with the Company operating 13 Holiday Parks throughout Australia.

**Job Requirements**

You will be required to assist the current park manager with the day-to-day management and operations of the caravan park.

Responsibilities and requirements for the position are as follows:

- Exceptional customer service, sales & public relation skills.
- Responsive to customer's needs with excellent problem solving ability.
- Motivation & management of staff.
- Knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software preferred but not required (training can be provided to a suitable applicant)
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
- Strong practical skills in landscaping, property & facilities maintenance.
- General gardening; including mowing, brush cutting, lawn edging, weeding, pruning, weed spraying and pest & disease control
- General grounds care, tidying and rubbish removal
- Assistance with development of landscaping and upgrading of general park facilities as required
- Equipment maintenance, including pool, plant and power tools.
- Minor construction of park buildings, cabins and caravans maintenance.
- Replace gas bottles to sites & meter reading as required.
- Excellent organisation & time management skills.
- Cleaning of cabins and amenities to a high standard.
- Linen Preparation.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate well with all staff, residents, and suppliers.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Live onsite and complete overnight on-call duties.
- Roster of 5 days on, 2 RDO's per week
- Must live in their own caravan
- There is casual housekeeping work available for a partner

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
