The Opportunity

Join Cleanaway and take the lead in maintaining one of our largest organics processing facilities, operating on a 24/7 production schedule. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of fitters and ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations at our Eastern Creek site.

- Lead and supervise a team of 7 fitters responsible for fixed plant maintenance
- Develop and coordinate daily maintenance plans in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner
- Oversee purchasing of consumables and inventory parts
- Allocate resources and manage workloads to meet operational demands
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Liaise with stakeholders across operations, electrical, and engineering teams

About You

- Proven supervisory experience within a large industrial or processing facility
- Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background)
- Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment
- Strong computer skills (experience using JDE and Coupa systems is a plus)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong safety focus and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
