F45 Group Fitness Trainer

The F45 fitness experience is built on having enthusiastic coaches who are truly motivated, member-focused and have a passion for health and wellbeing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high quality and high energy F45 Group Fitness sessions
- Motivate, coach, inspire and promote an energetic environment and culture
- Help build our community-based team training environment
- Have a strong focus on sales, membership growth and retention

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience coaching group fitness (previous F45 highly regarded)
- A true coach in every sense - not just vibrant, fun and happy but also focused on correcting form and technique
- High-quality customer service experience and communication skills
- Extremely personable, fun and friendly attitude
- Ability to motivate members and build strong relationships
- Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Fitness essential (Certificate IV in Fitness preferable)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Flexibility in working hours. Morning, Afternoon and Weekend Mornings
- Starting off on 10-12 hours per week
- Must be available for a Saturday or Sunday morning shift
