F45 Studio Manager

We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and experienced **Studio Manager **to join **F45 Bli Bli**.

A studio manager/captain role is most fulfilling when you're out there, building connections and changing lives while growing a studio.

With your exceptional people skills, and having a deep understanding of sales & marketing, and the importance of operational excellence, you'll be an integral part to the success of the business.

MUST HAVES
- Experience delivering high quality, results-focused group fitness classes.
- Experience with lead generation, sales conversions, onboarding, and retention.
- Be promotionally minded, capable of building local business and community partnerships, produce and plan social media content.
- Ability to help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.
- Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified
- 2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Creativity and the desire to have fun at work
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves

Flexible hours 22-26hrs/week, with more on offer as we grow.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bli Bli, QLD 4560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Studio Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Group fitness: 2 years (preferred)
