Your Role: This unique role offers the best of both worlds. As a hybrid employee and self-employed personal trainer, you'll manage club facilities, lead group sessions, and have the freedom to build and run your own business within the club. With Jetts by your side, you'll have the support you need to thrive in the fitness industry and grow your client base.

What You'll Bring:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • A warm, welcoming personality that inspires trust and motivation
  • Strong time management and punctuality
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness
  • ABN and insurance cover (public liability and indemnity)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Working with Children Check (or equivalent depending on State legislation)
