F45 Studio Manager

F45 Bli Bli is searching for a Studio Manager with exceptional people skills, a deep understanding of sales, enjoys building relationships within the community, and the importance of operational excellence.

**STUDIO MANAGER ROLE**

The Studio Manager will have a personality plus, and be truly passionate about F45 and helping others achieve their goals whilst having a great time doing it. You will head up a small coaching team, and your time will be split between instructing classes, sales and marketing, retention, and promoting and growing the business.
- Develop and help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.
- Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes and drive results for members.
- Manage lead generation, sales conversions, new member onboarding, and reporting analysis.
- Manage and drive studio performance, work strategically to assess and meet all KPIs/Studio Performance Metrics.
- Implementing a marketing strategy plan to increase sales and leading the sales process.
- Manage F45 Challenges, and keeping members engaged and motivated throughout with competitions and activities.
- Social Media content creation and management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified
- 2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
- Exceptional experience in customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive environment for staff and clients.
- Experience in Group Fitness Coaching
- Proven experience in sales, marketing and social media content creation.
- Loyal, honest and always willing to go the extra mile
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves

Initially Part Time 25hrs/week on offer, with the potential for more.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Bli Bli, QLD 4560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Studio Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Group fitness: 2 years (preferred)
