F45 Studio Manager

We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and experienced **Studio Manager**to join **F45 Bli Bli**.

A Studio Manager/Captain role is most fulfilling when you're out there, building connections and changing lives while growing a studio.

With your exceptional people skills, and having a deep understanding of sales & marketing, and the importance of operational excellence, you'll be the driving force to the success of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Have a strong focus on sales, membership growth and retention
- Confidently lead and instruct high-energy F45 group training sessions
- Motivate, coach, and inspire our members, whilst ensuring proper form and technique

**Must Halves**:

- Experience delivering high quality, results-focused group fitness classes
- Experience with lead generation, sales conversions, onboarding, and retention
- Be promotionally minded, and experienced, in producing and planning social media content
- Ability to help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment
- Exceptional customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills
- Highly energetic and can build great rapport
- Creativity and the desire to have fun at work
- Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified
- 2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
